Identify Trust Type and Investment Option

Our team of experts will discuss the different trust types and investment options with you and collaborate to identify the trust type and investment option to best meet the beneficiary’s needs.

Finalize Documents and Transfer Funds

Our team will facilitate the process for the trust documents to be executed and the funds to be transferred into the associated trust fund accounts.

For a pooled special needs trust, the applicable LET Master and Joinder Trust Agreements for the state are used. For other trust types, a unique trust document is prepared and reviewed.

Our team of experts adheres to all regulatory guidelines (including both federal and state-specific) for establishing trusts and coordinates with banking institutions to facilitate the fund transfers, as appropriate.
