Meet the Team

Timothy Pawol

Timothy has been an attorney since 1974.  He was an Assistant Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and an Assistant County Solicitor for Allegheny County.  He then became the Managing Attorney for the Human Services attorneys for Allegheny County, and was appointed Interim Director of Allegheny County Children and Youth Services.  Tim next became Deputy Director of Human Services for Allegheny County.  He left the County to establish and become the Director of The Family Trust.  In 2004, he established and became Trust Administrator of the Life Enrichment Trust, Inc.

David Rumberger

David is the Relationship Manager for The Life Enrichment Trust.  In this capacity, he provides leadership to the Trust by developing and executing all sales and marketing related functions.  With nearly 20 years in human services, David brings a wealth of knowledge to families and agencies considering starting a Special Needs Trust through The Life Enrichment Trust.  He is the client’s direct connection to frequently asked questions regarding the different trust.
