Q: Can the representative payee for an individual complete an LET application and then sign the application as the settlor?   Is it possible for the individual to sign as settlor?

A: While Pennsylvania permits representative payees to sign as settlor, some other states do not.  We recommend that both the representative payee and the individual sign the application.
